On December 28, the akim of the city of Arkalyk, Kairat Abishev, awarded the volunteers of our city with the diploma "Best Volunteer - 2020" for their active citizenship and charitable work.
Among the awardees is Tolganai Kabdykalykovna, a 4th year student of the Arkalyk Pedagogical Institute named after I. Altynsarin, specializing in Kazakh language and literature in schools with non-Kazakh language of instruction. She is the leader of the volunteer group "From Heart to Heart", a member of the "Zhasa" volunteer headquarters, a volunteer of the "Khareket" charity foundation in the city of Arkalyk. Tolganay has been in the ranks of volunteers for 4 years. Congratulations!
